Symphonies

[edit]

I believe there are 4? according to Pl-Wikipedia (op.12 in B minor, op.52, op.53, op.58), (orchestral symphonies, that is). one was broadcast a few years back - 1994? - but no commercial recordings yet. Concertos, also, for cello and for piano (and other works). Schissel | Sound the Note! 03:42, 1 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

@Schissel: bit over 10 years late, but the 2nd and 3rd symphony has been recorded (+ the Quo Vadis) by the Poznan Philharmonic Orchestra under the conductor Lukasz Borowicz and released in 2018 (available in Amazon). All Nowowiejski's 9 Organ Symphonies were recorded by Rudolf Innig and are available in Spotify. Interestingly, the 3rd symphony has been uploaded to YouTube saying that Andrzej Borejko was the conductor, but for some reason never says the orchestra.
